CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
Dear Residents,
We can only service emergency maintenance calls during the COVID-19 because of the shelter in place order issued by the Ohio Governor. Once we are past this threat we will continue all service maintenance. Please be patient with us, when we can go back to normal hours, there is certain to be a back log of service items.
Emergency Maintenance: no heat, no hot water, and or running water, broken pipes, fire damage. If only one working toilet is in the residence and the drain needs to be cleared. If there is more than one working toilet in the residence this can wait until next working day, unless the problem creates flooding or moves to the other working toilet. Garbage disposal creating flooding or stopping an entire sink is also considered an emergency.
