Application Fees & Standards

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Any person over the age of 18 who will be residing in the apartment, or longer than 2 weeks, must complete an application.
A copy of applicant’s photo ID must be taken during the application process.
$35.00 per person, cash only application fee (Non-Refundable). If paying through the online application portal, credit cards are accepted.
Applicants must have:
- A satisfactory credit rating and a positive past rental history.
- Gross at least three times the cost of monthly rent (incomes of unmarried tenants cannot be combined to meet requirements).
- Employed for at least 6 months in current position.
- Have favorable references from employer and previous landlord.
Only completed rental application can be processed, partial information will delay the acceptance process.
Application deposits taken to hold an apartment are non-refundable if the applicant decides against moving into the apartment for any reason the deposit will not be refunded.
Application deposits hold an apartment for only 30 days.
Renters insurance required upon move-in.
